š What can you expect?
When you work at Euphoria Mobility's Support Desk, you are in a warm bath. Together with your colleagues Lars, Joey, Anar, Jeffrey, Benjamin and Aminata, you will help our customers with all kinds of questions about our smart hardware and software solutions. You will be an advisor and resource for taxi companies at home and abroad, trying to provide them with the best possible service.
As well as being a real troubleshooter, you will also help our customers get started with new products or modules. This often involves projects where you work closely with other departments within the company and our customers. So no two days will be the same!
š What we are looking for
- You have a hbo degree or a mbo degree with relevant experience.
- You are eager to learn and develop to provide the best service.
- You are stress-resistant and able to see the big picture with your helicopter view.
- You have good communication skills and are fluent in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- If you have experience with SQL queries, great!
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, show initiative, are easy to get on with and enjoy moving between internal and external parties.
